Our sub-conscious mind accepts whatever we choose to believe. What we choose to believe about our life becomes true for us. We have unlimited choices about what we can think.
The Universe doesn’t judge us or criticize us. It’s our free will choice to choose positive or negative. Whatever our choice is, the Universe reflects the same.
If we want to believe that we are lonely and nobody loves us then, guess what? The Universe will reflect this thinking and this is exactly what our life is going to look like.
However, if we are ready to release that belief and we affirm “Love is all around me. I am loving. I am lovable” then the Universe reflects this by surrounding us with loving people. New people who love us could come into our lives, people already in our lives will love us more. Added to that we will get very good at expressing our love to others.
Are you ready to start conveying loving thoughts to yourself and others?
Go to a mirror. Look into your eyes and say “I love you. I really, really love you.” This is not about judging your looks. This is about looking into your eyes, trusting that you will find a beautiful person inside and out. So, weird as it may seem at the beginning, don’t give up. Continue looking into your eyes and say “I love you. I really, really love you.” Say it as many times as you can every day. Make it a habit to say something nice to yourself every time you see your reflection. Become your own cheerleader. Complement yourself, praise yourself, tell yourself how good you are.
The Universe will reflect what you are thinking. You will notice how things will shift within you and around you as you think, feel and say positive things to yourself and others. You will cease judging yourself and others. The Universe will become a very happy place for you. Go on, talk to yourself in the mirror.
In the infinity of life, where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete.
As I let go of judgement, I become happier and healthier.
It is only a thought and a thought can be changed.
I am my best friend.
All is well.
Next week, we will explore the belief “Many of us have rigid rules about how life ought to be lived”.
Until then, Namaste 😊
